We do not offer refunds for any digital products or services. This includes, but is not limited to:

All sales are final. By proceeding with a purchase or project, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
📩 Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel any recurring service (e.g., hosting, SEO, or social media management), please follow the steps below:
1. Written Request Required
Send an email to info@theorderguys.com with the subject line:
“Service Cancellation Request”
Your message must include:

(Optional) Reason for cancellation
Note: We do not accept cancellation requests via phone, text message, WhatsApp, or social media. Email is required for documentation and verification purposes.
2. 14-Day Notice
Cancellations must be submitted at least 14 calendar days before your next billing date.
Requests made after this deadline may not prevent the next charge.
3. Billing Email Requirement
Requests must come from the billing email address associated with your account.
4. Confirmation of Cancellation
Once your request is verified, we will confirm via email. After confirmation, billing for the canceled service will stop.
🌐 Hosting, Vacation Pauses & Service Interruptions
No Vacation Holds
We do not pause website billing due to vacations or periods of inactivity. Hosting servers and infrastructure remain operational 24/7, and associated resources continue to be allocated.
If you wish to take your website offline for six months or longer, we can transfer your account to a reduced website storage plan. A reactivation fee will apply when restoring the site to live status.
Late Payments & Service Suspension
If payment is not received on time, services may be suspended following a grace period (typically 5–10 days). Clients with a history of late payments may experience service suspension without prior notice.
Continued service requires accounts to remain in good standing.
🧱 Website Restoration Policy
If your website has been taken offline due to non-payment or cancellation:

Your hosting account is considered terminated, and billing will stop.

A restore fee will apply if you wish to reactivate your website. The fee varies based on the website’s size and the length of downtime (typically between $49–$199).

Restoration is not guaranteed. Websites offline for an extended period may not be recoverable if backups are no longer available.
To avoid disruption, please communicate any planned service pauses or account changes in advance.
🚫 Client Conduct Policy
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional working relationship with all clients.
Verbal abuse, harassment, threats, or disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
If such conduct occurs, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without refund, warning, or further discussion.
Our team deserves the same level of professionalism we extend to every project. Mutual respect is non-negotiable.
