Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel any of our recurring services, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Submit a Written Request:

   • Send an email to info@theorderguys.com with the subject line “Service Cancellation Request.”

   • Include the following details in your email:

     • Your full name

     • Your business name

     • Your business address

     • Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)

   Note: We do not accept cancellation requests over the phone, WhatsApp, text message, or any other communication channel. Requests must be provided in writing via email.

2. Cancellation Deadline:

   • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before your next billing due date. Requests received after this period will not prevent the next billing cycle from proceeding.

3. Billing Email Requirement:

   • The cancellation request must be sent from the billing email address associated with your account. This helps us verify your identity and process your request efficiently.

4. Confirmation of Cancellation:

   • Once your cancellation request has been received and verified, we will confirm via email. After confirmation, you will not be billed further for the canceled services.
